Welcome to SS Exchange (ssexch-io.com). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and SS Exchange ("Company", "we", "us") governing your use of the ssexch-io.com website and all associated services including sports betting, live casino, casino games and any other products we offer. By registering an account or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To use SS Exchange services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age (or the minimum legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher)
Be a legal resident of a jurisdiction where online betting is permitted
Have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
Not be subject to any existing self-exclusion from SS Exchange or any affiliated platform
Be acting as an individual in a personal, non-commercial capacity
Not be accessing the platform as an officer, director, employee or agent of SS Exchange

By registering, you warrant that all of the above conditions are satisfied. We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Each user is permitted only ONE account on SS Exchange. Creating multiple accounts may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. 3.2 You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms. 3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. 3.4 Notify SS Exchange immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account at +91-89890-46863.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 All deposits are accepted in Indian Rupees (INR) via UPI, NEFT, IMPS, Paytm and PhonePe. 4.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₹100. There is no stated maximum, though large deposits may require additional verification. 4.3 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₹500. Withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes for UPI and Paytm, and within 4 hours for NEFT and bank transfers. 4.4 SS Exchange does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. 4.5 We reserve the right to request source of funds documentation for withdrawals exceeding ₹5,00,000. 4.6 Winnings may only be withdrawn to payment methods previously used to deposit, as an anti-money laundering measure.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 All bets placed on SS Exchange are subject to the specific rules of each sport or casino game, as published on the relevant market pages. 5.2 SS Exchange reserves the right to void bets in cases of: obvious errors in odds, market malfunction, late match information, match fixing suspicion or events outside our control. 5.3 In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. Bets placed after an event conclusion (e.g., through connection errors) will be voided. 5.4 If an event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned unless settlement rules specify otherwise.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific Terms applicable to each promotion. 6.2 Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly and must meet the stated wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable as cash. 6.3 SS Exchange reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. 6.4 Abuse of bonuses (e.g., creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, or placing opposing bets to "lock in" bonus funds) may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

7. Responsible Gaming

SS Exchange is committed to responsible gaming. We provide tools including deposit limits, session limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. These can be accessed through My Account → Responsible Gaming. Users who self-exclude may not create new accounts during the exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a violation of these Terms.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy (ssexch-io.com/privacy). By using SS Exchange, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on ssexch-io.com including text, graphics, logos, images and software is the exclusive property of SS Exchange or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SS Exchange shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited in your account in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about any bet settlement or account issue, contact us on WhatsApp at +91-89890-46863 within 30 days of the relevant event. All disputes are reviewed by our team within 5 business days. Decisions made by SS Exchange following a full investigation are final.

12. Changes to Terms

SS Exchange reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or account notification. Continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

FAQs – Terms & Conditions

Can SS Exchange void my bet after I've placed it?

SS Exchange reserves the right to void bets in specific circumstances including obvious pricing errors, market malfunctions, late match information, or events outside our control. If a bet is voided, your stake is always returned in full.

What happens to my account if I self-exclude?

During a self-exclusion period, your account is locked and you cannot log in, deposit or place bets. Any open bets at the time of exclusion will be settled normally. Your account balance is safely held and returned to you at the end of the exclusion period (if not permanent).

Are my deposits safe on SS Exchange?

Yes. All customer funds are held in segregated accounts, separate from SS Exchange operational funds. Your balance is always safe and available for withdrawal regardless of the company's financial position.
